Getting started
Set up ProTickete
Add ProTickete to your Discord server and choose between automatic setup for a quick start or manual management for deeper customization.
1. Invite ProTickete
Start by adding ProTickete to the Discord server where you want to create your ticket system.
2. Choose your setup method
Manual management
Run /manage-tickets when you want to
customize the ticket system using ProTickete's
management tools.
3. Configure the ticket experience
Depending on your setup, configure the ticket panel, support categories, staff access, ticket questions, dropdown choices, and other ticket behavior.
4. Configure FAQs
Use /faqs-manage if you want to provide
frequently asked questions through the ticket panel.
5. Select the system language
Administrators can use /languages to
configure the supported ticket-system language.
6. Test the system
Before announcing the ticket system to your whole community, create a test ticket and verify staff access, questions, category placement, ticket closing, and transcript behavior.
Need to start again?
Administrators can use /system-reset when
the saved ProTickete ticket-system configuration needs
to be reset.
