New features, improvements, and fixes.

1 update

Multi-panel update

More panels. More ways to create tickets.

Build separate ticket panels for support, bug reports, orders, and more. Give each button its own form, staff team, and destination, directly from the dashboard.

New featuresDashboardTicketsFixes

This update expands how members can contact your team. You can keep your existing ticket panel and add independent panels for different parts of your community.

Independent panels and buttons

  • Create, duplicate, pause, and publish multiple panels in different channels.
  • Add multiple buttons and give each one its own action, form, opening category, claimed category, closed category, and support roles.
  • Customize each action’s ticket welcome message. Existing tickets keep the staff and destination settings they were created with.
  • Publish the same panel in multiple channels and update individual copies. Panel banners, thumbnails, and footer images support URLs or temporary uploads.

Forms, routing, and file uploads

  • Open a ticket immediately, or ask members to complete a form first.
  • Add short answers, paragraphs, selection menus, required fields, descriptions, and file uploads.
  • Let a choice inside a form route a request to its own ticket category and staff team—for example, a bug report, purchase request, or member report.
  • Attach uploaded files to the new ticket, or send the form and its files to a selected channel without creating a ticket.
  • File submissions support up to 10 files totaling 8 MB. Discord allows up to 25 buttons per panel message, 25 choices per menu, and five fields per form, including routing or role selectors.

Self-service role selection

Create a button that opens a role-selection form. Members choose from the roles you allow, and the bot adds their selections automatically. Permission and role-hierarchy checks prevent assigning privileged or unmanageable roles. Assignments remain recorded in the dashboard audit history.

A clearer dashboard

  • Added Panel library with separate sections for the panel message, buttons and forms, and publishing.
  • Added an English and Arabic User guide beneath General settings, covering setup, customization, publishing, and troubleshooting.
  • Added slim purple scrollbars across dashboard scroll areas, with matching light and dark appearances.
  • Kept detailed dashboard changes and panel actions in the audit history. Discord log channels return to the usual ticket lifecycle events without extra Panel action messages.

Command updates and fixes

  • Updated /dashboard and /help to explain the new panel and form options.
  • /manage-tickets now warns that it offers limited customization and will be removed in a future update. Use the dashboard for full control.
  • Fixed file submissions being rejected with “An uploaded file has an invalid Discord attachment URL.” Temporary Discord upload links are now accepted alongside regular attachment links.

A home for release notes

Added a public changelog page with dated updates, tags, search, direct-entry links, and changelog images. You can now find past announcements in one place.

Open /dashboard and visit Panel library to try the new options. Start with the User guide if you’re setting up your first panel, and tell us what you think in the support server.
